Research at GlobeSearch is a collaborative process where consultants and researchers work closely together. Our aim is to include 50% new candidates in every process, allowing us to expand our network while maintaining strong relationships with our established connections.

Interviews

The top candidates identified in the research phase are invited to meet with the consultant. Typically, we do not disclose the specifics of the assignment prior to meeting the candidate, ensuring the most open discussion possible.

Presentations

Our presentation is the culmination of our efforts, where we introduce the most promising candidates to our clients. Our presentation day extends throughout a full day, bringing clients and candidates together in our neutral surroundings.

Evaluation

Following the placement of a candidate, we assess over the next six months to ensure the right match between candidate and client. This assessment often results in an agreement of continuous collaboration.
