Whether you find yourself without a job right now, sense it's time for a new direction, or simply want to move with intent, our Career Coaching Programme is built to help leaders and strong professionals navigate the next move with clarity and momentum.

We work closely with a small number of candidates at a time. This is not a free intro chat, it's a committed, paid engagement where both sides go in with clear expectations.

• People who sense the market is shifting and want to move with intent rather than react

The programme, four phases, one continuous conversation:

• 01 , Clarity: An in-person meeting at GlobeSearch. You walk us through your education, career and ambitions for the next role. We give honest feedback on the story and on how to sharpen it against where you want to go.
• 02 , Positioning: A second meeting at GlobeSearch. We work through CV, LinkedIn and your narrative together, so the way you present yourself matches the roles you want.
• 03 , Activation: We spar on the relevant opportunities in the market right now and advise on how to approach them. We don't write the applications, our job is to help you become the strongest version of yourself.
• 04 , Conversion: We use the signals that come in along the way, interviews, rejections, hiring-manager dialogue, to keep sharpening CV, applications, conversations and salary negotiation.

Throughout: Ongoing sparring between sessions. When something lands, an interview, an offer, a difficult call, you reach us directly.

How we work:

• Selective intake. We only take you on if we believe we can genuinely move the needle. An honest no is more valuable than a polite yes.
• On your side of the table. Three decades inside executive search means we know how the room reads a candidate, and we use that to your advantage.
• Close between sessions. The sparring matters most in the moments that actually shape the outcome.
• A paid engagement. We agree on scope and investment when we meet.
