35+ years in the digital economy. From IT to AI.
Senior sparring. Personal accountability.
One accountable advisor. One unified team. From first conversation to signed contract.
With us, no assignment is handed over along the way. The same senior consultant leads the process from first briefing to final hire and acts as the client's fixed sparring partner throughout the entire process.
Our team model ensures both continuity and accountability. The same people are involved from start to finish, and every search combines experience, research and market insight to secure the best possible result.

A historic landmark in Copenhagen.
A fitting home for a firm with 35+ years of history and a forward-looking agenda.
Our offices are based in a beautifully restored 1916 brick building near Langelinie and Kastellet.

Boutique by design. Built on trust.
We have believed in specialisation from day one. Not broad, but deep.
Since 1989 we have focused on the digital economy and the people driving it forward. That has given us a network of leaders, engineers and specialists built through decades of relationships, trust and results.
Every assignment is led by a senior consultant and supported by two dedicated researchers. One works our established network and relationships, while the other maps the market and identifies new profiles through systematic search. The combination ensures depth, reach and precision in every search.
We do not measure success by the number of mandates, but by the strength and duration of the relationships we build with clients and candidates.
That is why some of Denmark's and the world's most attractive companies choose us when they need to find the people who will shape their next chapter.
35+ years. More than 100 innovative and successful companies. A focus on the digital economy.
Since 1989 we have worked with companies that build, digitalise and reshape their business. More than 100 innovative and successful companies have been part of that story. The moments below do not tell all of it, but they show some of the technology shifts GlobeSearch has followed over the years.
- 011989
GlobeSearch is founded in Copenhagen with a focus on the IT industry.
A narrow focus from the start: The technology and the people building the industry in Denmark. Oracle was our first client, and Microsoft became the second.
- 021991
The work with Microsoft Denmark begins.
Software was moving from niche product to infrastructure, and the international software houses were setting up in Denmark. Microsoft is one documented example of that wave, with a collaboration lasting many years across leadership, sales, consulting and specialist roles.

Microsoft establishes Microsoft Development Center in Denmark.
Following Microsoft's acquisition of NavisionDamgaard, we expanded our partnership with Microsoft. It came to include both the commercial and the technical organisation around Microsoft's core products, as well as recruitment for Microsoft Development Center, a development environment operating at a very high technical level.

Large established companies have to transform themselves.
Our history covers both companies that build the new digital economy and large established organisations going through technological and digital change themselves. Maersk Oil & Gas, Saxo Bank, Nationalbanken and Leo Pharma are examples of the latter, where search spans IT, data, digitalisation and leadership.

Specialised Danish software companies come of age.
Smaller Danish software companies were building products for an international market and needed search across leadership and engineering. SMS Passcode is one example, later acquired by Entrust.

The SaaS model accelerates, and organisations have to scale internationally.
Planday is a documented example: First a VP of Engineering, then a CFO, a Head of UX & Design and a series of engineering profiles as the organisation was built out.

Software moves to the cloud, and technology organisations are rebuilt.
Scaling, cloud architecture and building engineering organisations became the recurring assignment. Tjekvik and Public.com are two documented examples: A CTO, a CFO and the leadership layer below the executive team at Tjekvik, and a Copenhagen Development Center built from the ground up to around 50 people at Public.com.

AI, data and advanced technology are the latest wave.
AI matters both in AI-native companies and in established organisations. Raffle, ENFOR and Grazper are examples of technical leadership in AI-native environments, while at Rockwool we built the Data Science function around Industry 4.0 with a Head of AI, data scientists, data engineers, plus enterprise architects and solution architects, primarily within SAP and Microsoft.
