The fee depends on the agreement we make. We have both a model where our fee is calculated based on the candidate's first year's gross salary, but we also have an attractive volume agreement with fixed prices.

For executive search we typically deliver a candidate presentation within six weeks of an approved job profile. Specialist searches are often faster.
