From vision to reality: Topsoe's first industrial-scale SOEC facility

We recently came across a LinkedIn post by Michael Andersen, one of the Principal IT Engineers we helped recruit for Topsoe's new factory in Herning. In his post, Michael shared exciting updates about his work on the new factory and how the project is progressing from vision to reality. At GlobeSearch, we have been fortunate to be part of Topsoe's journey in building the world's first industrial-scale SOEC manufacturing facility. When we met with Topsoe last year to discuss their need for two Principal IT Engineers for the new facility, the site was nothing more than a blank construction area. Now, in the autumn of 2024, Topsoe's facility is nearly fully operational and ready to begin production of their next-generation electrolyzer technology.
