We process your personal information in order to carry out our recruitment assignments, on the legal basis of legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Keep you informed about relevant career opportunities that match your preferences and qualifications.
  • Assess your skills and experience in relation to current and future positions.

We only collect the information necessary to deliver our services. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. The information we typically process includes:

  • Name, address, email and other contact details
  • Date of birth
  • CV and related details such as education, work experience, courses and language skills
  • Any other information relevant to assessing candidates for specific positions

We retain personal data in order to:

  • Match candidates with the positions that best fit their background and experience.
  • Maintain and deliver our services to our clients.

Who we share your personal information with

We will only share your personal information with client organisations we work with after obtaining your consent. We may also share information with trusted subcontractors and data processors, such as our database and IT service providers, who act on our behalf and under appropriate data processing agreements.

All processing takes place on the basis of legitimate interest and in line with the purposes described above.

How long we retain your information

We retain your personal data for no longer than five years, after which we will reach out to confirm whether you wish for us to continue holding your information.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccurate information corrected. You can also ask us to delete your personal information or to stop using it for specific purposes at any time, and we will act on your request promptly.
