The handling of personal data is an integral part of our daily work, and we therefore process all data with the utmost care and in full accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal information when you provide it to us directly — for example, when you submit your CV or contact us regarding a position. In addition, we may collect publicly available information, such as professional profiles on LinkedIn or details published on company websites.

We process your personal information in order to carry out our recruitment assignments, on the legal basis of legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Keep you informed about relevant career opportunities that match your preferences and qualifications.
- Assess your skills and experience in relation to current and future positions.
What information we collect
We only collect the information necessary to deliver our services. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. The information we typically process includes:

- Date of birth
- CV and related details such as education, work experience, courses and language skills
- Any other information relevant to assessing candidates for specific positions

We will only share your personal information with client organisations we work with after obtaining your consent. How long we retain your information
We retain your personal data for no longer than five years, after which we will reach out to confirm whether you wish for us to continue holding your information.
